Read MoreYes, we accept payments by credit cards or debit cards issued by major Australian banks however please be aware that most of the credit card payments attract at least 3% surcharge. Please enquire about your payment options when you request for a quotation. Our preferred payment method is direct deposit, however please allow at least 72hours for the transferred funds to be cleared.

Read MoreAll cancellations or changes of bookings require a minimum 48hours notice prior to your pick up time. 50% of the payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs in within 72 hours or 100% of the payment will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs in within 48 hours prior your pick up. No refunds will be given if any delay or cancellation happened due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please be advised that if an item remains unclaimed for more than 30 days will be donated to a charity organization. Please notify us immediately in case of lost properties.

In that case all the passengers will be directed to the closest place where safe p/u and d/off is available. For the convenience of other passengers, it is a condition of travel that passengers be ready 5 minutes prior to the pick-up time. Delays of the coaches/buses may occur due to traffic or whether conditions. Sydney Coaches will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that actual travel time may not be the same as it shown on the movement details. For Airport transfers allow enough travel time to be at the Airport at least 1.5hours for Domestic Flights and 3hours for Interfnational Flights prior your departure time.
Read MoreConsuming food and beverages is not permitted in any vehicle supplied by Enjoyaus Coaches without prior approval. In such events payment of a security bond will be required. Please note that you are fully responsible for any charge in respect of any damage caused to the equipment of the coach as a result of your booking. Passengers also are obliged not to litter in the coach and remove all rubbish at the end of the journey. Smoking is not permitted by the law on any vehicle supplied by Enjoyaus Coaches.

Read MoreWe offer several price structures for these services. The cost varies with each job so we use Google Maps to supply an approximate quote until we actually know what the true kilometres are when driving.
We prefer 48 hours prior to the required day of service but if you are unable to give sufficient notice please talk to our friendly team to see what we can do for your trip.
You can amend your booking given sufficient notice. You can change your dates, times, vehicle type and additional extras.
To ensure that we can have your vehicle waiting for you once you arrive, it is important to let us know your flight number upon completion of the booking. If you are unsure of your flight number, then indicate the terminal and we'll make sure we are ready to greet you.
When you make a booking we will send you a booking confirmation by email. This includes your booking number, details of your pickup and return locations, as well as the price and other useful information. We advise that you print it out and take it with you when arriving so as to speed up the process of paperwork checking. Every effort is made to ensure our customers are offered the very best service.Should a question remain unanswered please ask when calling to make bookings.
